Cancellation Policy 

1. Cancellation Process: 

1.1 Upon making an online payment for an Order, product, or subscription, as our esteemed customer, you reserve the right to cancel your Order. This can be done anytime before the order is shipped from the warehouse. 

2. Unavailability and Refunds: 

1.2 Should any item on your order become unavailable, we will promptly notify you of such unavailability. In such cases, you are entitled to a refund as per our refund policy. 

3. Order Cancellation by Us: 

1.3 We, at SREE VEDHA OILS, reserve the sole right to cancel Your order under the following circumstances: 

  1.3.1 The designated address falls outside the delivery zone offered by us. 

  1.3.2 Failure to establish contact with you via phone or email at the time of confirming the Order booking. 

  1.3.3 Inability to deliver your order due to insufficient information, directions, or authorization provided by you at the time of delivery. 

  1.3.4 Unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the Order. 

  1.3.5 If our delivery partner is denied access to your compound, community, or society, or for any other reason beyond our control that hinders the movement of the delivery person, including but not limited to law and order situations.
