At SREE VEDHA OILS, we prioritise delivering your purchases promptly and securely. Our dedicated team ensures efficient processing and dispatch of orders through reputable logistics service providers. Please review the following guidelines for estimated delivery times: 

Domestic Orders: 

• All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding Public Holidays & Sundays). 
• Delivery is typically completed within 3-5 business days from the date of order placement. 
  

International Orders: 

• International orders are also processed within 1 business day (excluding Public Holidays & Sundays). 
• Expect delivery within 7-10 business days. 
• We ship to all regions except EU, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Turkey, Lebanon, Pakistan, Ukraine, Israel & China. 

Shipping Charges: 

• Domestic Orders: Enjoy complimentary shipping for all orders within India. For orders valued at 2500 INR and above, shipping is free. Orders below 2500 INR will incur a flat shipping charge of 200 INR 

• International Orders: For orders valued at 100 USD and above, shipping is free. Orders below 100 USD will incur a flat shipping charge of 20 USD. 

Customs and Handling Charges: 

•  Please be aware that your shipment may be subject to Customs Duty, Import Duty, or other government taxes upon arrival. 

• Customers are responsible for these charges, which will be communicated by the logistics service provider upon delivery. 

• Ensure compliance with local cosmetic laws and regulations before placing your order. 

• SREE VEDHA OILS is not liable for these charges and they are not included in the total order value. 

• Refusal to pay applicable customs charges will result in deduction of complete shipping and return duty charges from the order value upon refund processing. 

Delivery Schedule: 

• Orders are delivered between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Saturday, excluding public holidays. 

• Please arrange for someone to sign for the delivery if you cannot be present. However, SREE VEDHA OILS is not responsible for goods signed by an alternative person.
